No. Consultation fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, including budgets, leadership details, and supporting materials. Delays or errors caused by missing or incorrect information are not the consultant’s responsibility.

Standard timelines depend on the grant size:
Under $50,000: at least 21 days
$50,000–$99,999: at least 30 days
$100,000–$250,000: at least 60 days

Rush services are available only for grants under $100,000 and at the consultant’s discretion. Additional rush fees apply.

Projects include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may require a new invoice.

Projects under $100 must be paid in full before work begins.
Projects over $100 require a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% after the first draft.
Final materials are delivered only after full payment.

Yes. A 2.5% success fee applies if funding is awarded for a grant developed by Liberation Strategies.

Late fees apply:
$35 initial late fee after the due date
10% additional fee after 30 days
Another 10% every 30 days thereafter, up to 50% of the original invoice

Planning meeting deposits:
More than 48 hours: full refund
24–48 hours: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: non-refundable
One free reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules require a fee.

All work remains the property of Liberation Strategies until payment is made in full.

If a client is unresponsive for more than 21 days, the project may be considered abandoned and a 25% abandonment fee may apply to any remaining balance.
