Social Media Launch or Refresh Plan
A structured social media launch or reset plan for organizations that want a consistent, credible presence without having to manage everything themselves.
This package covers one or two platforms, depending on your needs. The same core content is used across platforms when possible to keep messaging aligned and the process efficient.
What happens after booking
Your booking secures a 45-minute social media planning session, which is included in the package.
During this meeting, we will:
- - Review your brand, images, and messaging
- - Confirm which platform(s) you’re using
- - Plan the direction for the first six posts
You provide the images. Posts are created using your materials and scheduled on your chosen timeline:
- - 2 posts per week for 6 weeks, or
- - 1 post per week for 12 weeks
What this package includes
- - Account setup if needed (Instagram and/or Facebook)
- - 45-minute planning session
- - 12 core posts created using your images
- - Platform-specific text adjustments as needed
- - Posts scheduled on your chosen timeline
- - One revision per post
- - 30-minute mid-cycle review meeting after the 6th post
- - Simple handoff notes after completion
Payment structure
- - $125 deposit secures your planning meeting (applied to total)
- - After the planning session and first post review, half of the remaining balance is due before the first post is published
- - After the 6th post, we meet for a 30-minute review session
- - The remaining balance is due before the 7th post is published
How invoicing works
Invoices are sent by email at each payment stage. Each invoice includes a payment link and a due date based on your organization type:
- - For-profit businesses: payment due within 7 calendar days
- - Nonprofit organizations: payment due within 14 calendar days
Work continues once the required payment for that stage is received. Fees are non-refundable.
